  European research project focusing on the management of Service-level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality-of Service (QoS) guarantees in virtualized infrastructures. (WP lead of the open Source demonstrator)

  Architecture-level modelling and performance prediction tool for component-based systems. Extending the tool with support of event-based interactions and leading the development of graphical editors.
• Performance Preductions with Palladio
  Industrial as well as academic tutorials and workshops on the applications of Palladio for Performance predictions.

  Industrial Project developing a method for requirements specification and modelling for large-scal naval systems
• TIME - Traffic Monitoring System
  Cooperation project with the University of Cambridge applying model-based performance prediciton to a distributed traffic monitoring system.

  Project of the University of Karlsruhe with IBM Deutschland Research and Development GmbH

  Cooperation project with the 1&1 Internet AG applying the Palladio approach to the 1&1 mail system.

I have been involved in the "Softwaretechnik 2" (software engineering 2) lecture (WS 1011 and WS 1112) responsible for real-time design patterns. I organized the seminar Software Certification and supervised several students in several seminars and practical courses.
